• 1-4 years of experience
• Candidates with prior experience in banking BPO / customer service (calls, emails, or chat) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in a skilled and timely manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Assist in KYC verification checks and handle disputed transactions.




• Provide resolutions on escalations and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Maintain a calm, customer-first approach when handling difficult situations or complaints. Required Skills
• Experience in customer support across calls, emails, or social media.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with banking processes or digital payments preferred.
• Exposure to fraud complaint handling or digital marketing support will be an advantage. Qualification
