We are seeking a Senior – Salesperson to lead public sector engagement, drive sales, and liaise with senior police and government officials for adoption of our data analytics solutions. This role is ideal for a passion for technologydriven transformation in policing and public safety. The ideal candidate will leverage experience in law enforcement leadership and a deep network within the police and home affairs ecosystem to drive impactful change through technology.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with serving IPS officers, senior decision-makers, and procurement authorities, with a specific focus on engaging ADG and DG-level officers across state and central police departments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior police leadership on the role of analytics and AI in up-to-date law enforcement.
• Represent the company at conferences, government panels, and strategic forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership in the public safety domain.
• Lead sales efforts for data analytics and digital policing solutions targeted at police departments and public safety organizations.
• Own and deliver revenue targets in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual goals.
• Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies,



tailoring approach and engagement based on local government priorities, procurement cycles, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Drive new logo and customer acquisition, expanding the company's footprint across new states, departments, and law enforcement agencies.
• Identify and close high-impact opportunities to accelerate business growth.
• Support tender participation, RFP responses, and government procurement processes end-to-end.
• Advocate for the adoption of advanced analytics tools to support law enforcement modernization initiatives. Requirements Required Skills and

Qualifications:
• Minimum 20 years of distinguished record of selling AI/Analytics/Digital forensics solutions to law enforcement agencies(Police) in India.
• Strong understanding of the structure, decision-making processes, and procurement mechanisms within Indian police and Home Department.
• Passionate about leveraging technology for public safety transformation.
• Experience or exposure to technology solutions in policing, crime analytics, Safe City Projects, or related domains.
• Familiarity with SaaS, analytics, or digital transformation projects in the public sector.
• Preferred candidates from OEM only
