- Sr. Executive to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.
• Understand and hire for digital marketing roles such as performance marketing, social media, content, SEO, influencer marketing, etc.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Ensure target-based hiring by meeting monthly/quarterly recruitment goals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and assess candidate fitment.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Handle offer negotiations and closure efficiently.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and industry trends
• Proven experience in target-based or volume hiring
• Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
