– Bank Officer (CASA / Current Account) Position: Bank Officer – CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) Department: Retail Banking / Liability Sales

Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new customers for CASA products (Current Account & Savings Account).
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and corporate sourcing.
• Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
• Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, FD, Mutual Funds, and other liability products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term business growth.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain banking products/services.
• Ensure KYC compliance and documentation completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account opening and service delivery.




• Maintain customer database and daily activity reports.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution. Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Banking / Sales / CASA / BFSI preferred.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in field sales and target-driven environment. Preferred Skills
