Education:
B-Tech in Electronics/Electrical and MBA (Preferred) Job Requirement:
• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Commercial Management.
• Responsible for end to end procurement of Domestic & Global enterprise requirements of IP/MPLS, ILL, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, Cloud, last mile UBR links, Service delivery manpower etc.
• Responsible for OPEX management of AMCs
• Drive sourcing strategy, RFx management, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
• Lead vendor governance, SLA monitoring, supplier performance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Manage supply chain operations, delivery, inventory and device recovery.
• Deliver cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business, Finance, Legal, Network, and Operations teams.
• Lead and mentor sourcing teams while driving high performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Solid commercial acumen, strategic sourcing expertise, leadership capability, and experience managing global supplier relationships.
