Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting transactions, reconciliations, and supporting statutory and audit-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment-related documents.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and external consultants as required.
• Assist in preparing schedules and reports required for management review.




• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in the accounting system.
• Identify discrepancies in accounts and resolve them in coordination with the concerned teams.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned. Key Requirements
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in B2B / trading / manufacturing / project-based businesses will be preferred.
