About our Client: FMCG company Role Overview: ● Independently protect product quality, food safety, consumer safety and regulatory compliance. ● Approve or reject raw materials, packaging and finished products ● Maintain HACCP, GMP and food-safety systems ● Ensure compliance with FSSAI and applicable export regulations ● Manage laboratory testing, sampling and product-release processes ● Investigate customer complaints and quality deviations ● Lead root-cause analysis, CAPA and recall readiness ● Conduct internal, supplier and external audit preparation ● Train factory teams on quality and food-safety requirements ● Stop production or block dispatch when product safety is at risk KPIs:



● Customer complaints ● Product rejection and rework ● Right-first-time percentage Audit scores and audit closures ● CAPA closure time ● Food-safety incidents ● Laboratory testing turnaround time ● Supplier rejection rate ● Hygiene and GMP scores ● Batch-release compliance Profile: ● Food Technology, Microbiology, Dairy Technology or related qualification ● Approximately 10–15 years in food quality and food safety ● Solid understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, GMP and FSSAI ● Experience in laboratory systems, audits and complaint investigation ● Relevant frozen-food or snacks experience preferred ● Must have the confidence to independently challenge Production Non-negotiable authority: Can hold product, reject material, block dispatch and recommend stopping production.
