We are looking for an experienced ??? ???????? ??????? ?????????? to own Solution Manager techno-functionally, including ChaRM, Retrofit, Test Suite, root cause analysis setup, monitoring dashboards, Focused Build integration, and release/change management across the SAP landscape. ? ???? ??????? To own SAP Solution Manager as the control point for change, testing, and monitoring across the client SAP landscape. ?️ ??? ???????????????? ✅ Configure and support Change Request Management — ChaRM, including change cycles, task lists, and status schemas ✅ Configure and operate Retrofit for dual-landscape change synchronisation ✅ Configure and support Test Suite including test plans, test packages, test execution, and defect linkage ✅ Set up root cause analysis including end-to-end trace, exception analysis, and workload analysis ✅ Build and maintain technical monitoring dashboards, alerting,



and Early Watch reporting ✅ Integrate with Focused Build for requirement-to-deployment traceability ✅ Support release management including cutover planning, transport sequencing, and go-live checks ✅ Design change flows technically and document approval and control points ✅ Run UAT and training for release management users ✅ Maintain Solution Manager documentation, solution structure, and runbooks ? ???? ???? ?????? ✔️ SAP Solution Manager 7.2 configuration and operation experience ✔️ Hands-on experience in ChaRM configuration and support ✔️ Hands-on experience in Retrofit configuration and support ✔️ Test Suite configuration and test management experience ✔️ Technical monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis setup experience ✔️ Strong understanding of transport management and release governance ✔️ Experience in Level 3 / Level 4 application support ✔️ Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills ⭐ ???? ?? ???? ✔️ Focused Build and Focused Insights experience ✔️ SAP Cloud ALM experience, including Solution Manager to Cloud ALM transition ✔️ ITIL-aligned change and release management experience in AMS workplace ✔️ SAP Certified Application Professional — Solution Manager 7.2 ✔️ SAP ChaRM expert training ✔️ Focused Build certification ? ?????????? ?????????? ??? ????? ????? ??????? ?????? ??: ?
