Responsibilities
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing grievances, and facilitating resolutions.
• Promote a positive work environment and culture through effective communication and employee engagement activities.
• Talent Management:
• Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, and selection processes to ensure the right talent is hired.
• Design and Implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Develop and manage career development programs, including training and professional growth opportunities.
• Performance Management:
• Support manager in conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and setting development goals.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Compliance and Policies:
• Understanding of compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements, factories act. etc
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,



ensuring consistency and fairness.
• HR Analytics and Reporting:
• Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare and present HR reports on metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and employee satisfaction. Qualifications JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Essential Qualification: Any graduate + MSW, MBA HR, MHRM
