ServiceNow (ITOM)
- Must Haves
• Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of ITOM (Visibility, Health, Event Management), HAM, and SAM
• 5+ years of professional experience and proven success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist / Developer.
• Proven experience in Event Management implementation projects
• Solid experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts
• Sound knowledge of JavaScript development, with a focus on object-oriented programming and a solid understanding of class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles.
• In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST/SOAP/PowerShell).
• Proven in-depth experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems using various integration technologies.
• Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile and hybrid projects, complemented by strong teamwork skills and goal orientation.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application.
• Basic understanding of AI ServiceNow platform capabilities (NowAssist).
• Experience as a full-stack developer is helpful but not required.
• ITIL Foundation level and project management certification are advantageous. Nice to Have
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM)
• AIOps and observability tools experience
• Knowledge of data-driven architecture
