Job Description
(JD) Role Overview: The Bank Officer – CASA is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting Current Account and Savings Account products. The role involves relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Acquire current CASA customers through field activities, references, and lead generation.
• Promote and sell Savings Account and Current Account products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term business.
• Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, FD, Loans, and Digital Banking products.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and productivity metrics.




• Maintain customer records and ensure proper documentation/KYC compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Coordinate with branch teams for smooth account opening and customer onboarding. Eligibility Criteria
