About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Site Supervisor for interior execution projects. The ideal candidate should be highly attentive on-site, capable of coordinating day-to-day activities efficiently, and able to execute instructions from the Project Manager accurately and without deviation. This role requires someone who is smart, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn fast in a high-quality execution environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Be physically present on-site and monitor all ongoing interior work activities.
• Ensure work is executed exactly as instructed by the Project Manager and design team.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, vendors, and other contractors.
• Maintain strict supervision over workmanship, timelines, and site discipline.
• Track daily progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Identify site issues early and immediately escalate them to the Project Manager.
• Ensure drawings, dimensions, and execution details are followed correctly.
• Monitor material deliveries, usage, and site stock.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization at the site.




• Take site measurements and maintain basic documentation/photos when required.
• Ensure labour teams follow quality standards and deadlines. Candidate RequirementsCandidate Requirements
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in interior site supervision or execution.
• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of interior execution and site coordination.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow systems/processes.
• Ability to take ownership of site activities and execute instructions properly.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and dependable.
• Ability to handle labour and vendors firmly and professionally.
• Two-wheeler preferred. Preferred Qualities
