What makes the role successful:
• Work with design development process for life sciences interior projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into creative, practical, and compliant design solutions.
• Develop space planning, layouts, material selection, and detailed drawings aligned with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the project team, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in laboratory and life sciences design. What We’re Looking For:




• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 3–4 years in life sciences, laboratory, or healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, compliance, and safety regulations in life sciences environments.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and client presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
