Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Technical roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and databases.
• Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiation, offers, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
• Work on multiple requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain solid candidate and client relationships. Requirements
• 1–5 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of technical roles and IT skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
