Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
• Support the team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Prior internship or experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
