QT-KRS-10-501 Position Oracle PL/SQL & Pro*C Developer Location Bangalore Experience 5+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Oracle PL/SQL & Pro*C Developer with 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Pro*C programming, with at least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in these technologies. Exposure to DevOps tools and practices is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle, PL/SQL, and Pro*C.
• Develop and optimize stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and database objects.
• Perform SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to database applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support CI/CD processes and application deployments using DevOps tools. Required Skills
• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
• Oracle Database
• PL/SQL Development
• Pro*C Programming
• Strong understanding of SQL optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience in developing packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and cursors.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
• Robust debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience with Jenkins, Bamboo, or other CI/CD tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of shell scripting.
• Experience in application support and production environments.
