Key Responsibilities
• Design and deploy advanced AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph to automate complex workflows and improve system responsiveness for enterprise clients.
• Architect and maintain high-performance data pipelines within Databricks and Snowflake DB to ensure seamless data ingestion and model training processes.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing and deployment of AI models, reducing time-to-market for current features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI specifications, ensuring alignment with long-term product goals.
• Optimize existing AI infrastructure to enhance computational efficiency and reduce latency, directly impacting the user experience for our global customer base. Skill Set
• Experience with Agent frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph
• Implement guardrails
- ReAct patterns
• Develop memory and tool-use capabilities (MCP), collaborate with prompt engineers
• AIOps, Build CI/CD pipelines
• Strong Python engineering (async, APIs, microservices)
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Lakehouse architectures (ref:hirist.tech)
