We are looking for a seasoned Collections Leader to drive in-house secured collections, starting with Bucket 1 and progressively taking on broader responsibilities. This role requires strong field exposure, analytical depth, and the ability to translate strategy into execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead direct collections for secured portfolios (Bucket 1 initially) with scope for expansion
• Bring strong field experience across multiple geographies in India
• Design and implement collection strategies aligned with HO guidelines
• Drive cost control, cost tracking, and productivity improvement
• Manage and influence direct and indirect teams effectively
• Ensure regulatory compliance and process adherence
• Conduct regular field visits to solve on-ground challenges
• Track performance closely and drive target achievement through active follow-ups
• Act as Deputy to the Head – Collections in their absence
Education:
Post-Graduation
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in handling Collections in TW or Used Car Loan Skills & Competencies
• Solid data analysis and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to act as a solution provider in complex scenarios
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with execution rigor
