Position: Production Associate Qualification:
- Diploma / B.
E in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering

Experience:
- Fresher to 1 year of experience

Salary:
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day production activities to meet delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, and Logistics teams from sales order receipt to final delivery
• Ensure material availability as per production plan and sales orders
• Monitor production progress and proactively address delays or bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate production records and reports using ERP systems
• Use Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for reporting and coordination




• Plan dispatch activities with logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company SOPs
• Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and process optimization Required Skills & Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of production planning and control
• Hands-on experience with ERP software
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Positive coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics operations
