Experience:
1–4 years Industry: Airline / Travel / BPO Job Summary We are looking for experienced Travel Associates with hands-on experience in the airline travel domain. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of GDS, airline ticketing and refunds, along with good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end airline travel-related transactions.
• Perform airline ticket issuance, reissuance and modifications.
• Process ticket cancellations and refunds as per airline policies.
• Handle itinerary changes, flight changes and related customer requests.
• Work on GDS platforms for booking and ticketing transactions.
• Check fare rules, ticketing conditions and applicable penalties.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of travel requests.
• Resolve booking and ticketing-related queries within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines and relevant stakeholders whenever required.
• Maintain accuracy and quality while processing transactions.
• Follow process guidelines, airline policies, compliance requirements and SLA/TAT.
• Maintain proper documentation and update relevant systems.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in the airline/travel domain.
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems.




• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing and refunds.
• Good understanding of fare rules, cancellations and ticket modifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO/travel environment. GDS & Travel Skills Candidates with experience in platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or other airline GDS systems will be preferred. Experience in:
• Ticket issuance
• Reissuance
• Refunds
• Cancellations
• Fare rules
• PNR handling
• Flight/itinerary changes
