• Graduation & MBA or Mcom & Ph.
D Marketing / BA / Operation / HR / Finannce
• Master’s degree in Commerce / Management with minimum 60% marks
• Graduation in relevant discipline is mandatory
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-Ph.
D. teaching/research experience as Associate Professor (as per UGC norms) Roles &

Responsibilities:
• Teaching UG/PG courses in Commerce and Management




• Guiding research scholars and supervising projects
• Publishing research in reputed journals
