Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our IT Services division in a Voice Process Sales role. This position is pivotal for driving revenue growth and fostering robust client relationships through effective verbal interactions. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers, guiding them through the sales cycle from initial engagement to final conversion while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Engage with prospects via inbound or outbound calls to introduce products and services effectively.

- Utilize persuasive negotiation techniques to address client needs and close sales opportunities.

- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Systematically follow up on generated leads to maintain momentum in the sales pipeline.

- Clearly articulate product features and benefits to potential clients during interactions.





- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer communications using basic computer tools.

- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales to meet individual and team targets.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Strong verbal communication abilities with a professional and confident tone.

- Proven aptitude for convincing stakeholders and negotiating favorable terms.

- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles.

- Experience in diligent lead follow-up and pipeline management.

- Capability to explain complex product details in simple, understandable language.

- Proficiency in basic computer operations and software usage.

- Prior exposure to voice process sales environments, including both inbound and outbound calling.

- Demonstrated success in sales and lead conversion metrics.
