Job Description:

- Manage and support regulatory reporting requirements applicable to financial services entities.

- Coordinate and support bank audit/statutory audit/internal audit requirements, including documentation, schedules, and audit responses.

- Analyze financial data and identify key trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy and governance.

- Support implementation of reporting tools, ERP systems, and finance process enhancements where required.

- Support and deliver finance transformation initiatives aimed at improving finance processes, controls, reporting, and operating models.

- Prepare and review MIS reports, management dashboards, and analytical reports for senior leadership.

- Perform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities including variance analysis, trend analysis, business performance review, and long-range planning.

- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow forecasting processes.

- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and periodic reporting packs.
