- Ensure optimal inventory of critical spares, consumables, tyres, lubricants, and other maintenance materials.
- Manage OEM relationships, service contracts, repair vendors, and maintenance contractors.
- Optimize equipment ownership costs, repair-versus-replacement decisions, and maintenance expenditure.

6. EHS & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure adherence to company EHS policies, permit-to-work requirements, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and safe maintenance procedures.
- Ensure safe maintenance practices for electrical systems, rotating machinery, hydraulic systems, and heavy mobile equipment.
- Conduct equipment safety inspections, risk assessments, and maintenance audits.
- Ensure applicable statutory inspections and compliance requirements are met.
- Drive corrective actions for maintenance-related incidents, near misses, and audit observations.

7. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
