- Build and manage performance of current and existing franchises in alignment with operational goals.
- Track installation of new deep freezers in coordination with the sales team.
- Raise spare parts requirements & ensure their optimal usage across locations.
- Monitor asset repair status and manage deployments as per sales team requests with approval from Head MEM.
- Maintain stock of new and refurbished deep freezers at depots and track MEE-wise spare part usage.
- Track complaints, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain TAT, and record resolutions MEE-wise.
- Supervise TADA, attendance approvals for MEEs, and vendor bill processing in coordination with the MIS executive.
- Coordinate with business heads for routine department activities and business support functions.
- Review complaint status daily and submit TAT reports weekly and monthly.
- Oversee repair operations of E-carts and Push Carts across the assigned region.
