# JOB DESCRIPTION## Telecaller - Loan SalesCompany: TrustCore Advisors Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Department: Sales - Loans & Financial Services Employment Type: Full-Time### 1. Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to generate leads, connect with prospective customers and promote loan products offered through various banks and NBFCs. The candidate will be responsible for explaining loan options, following up on enquiries and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.### 2. Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on incoming loan enquiries.- Generate leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans and Overdraft (OD) facilities.- Understand customers' basic financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements and indicative interest rates.- Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert enquiries into qualified leads.- Coordinate with the sales team for document collection and further processing of loan applications.- Maintain a daily record of calls made, leads generated, follow-ups and customer responses.- Update customer information and lead status in Excel or the company's CRM system.- Build professional relationships with customers and provide timely responses to their queries.- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation or sales targets.### 3. Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum qualification:
12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is desirable.- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and .- Good convincing, interpersonal and follow-up skills.- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and work towards targets.- Prior experience in telecalling, banking, financial services or loan sales will be an advantage.Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.### 4.
