Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to manage daily showroom operations, supervise the sales team, maintain customer satisfaction, monitor inventory, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations and staff activities.
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.
Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain stock records and coordinate inventory replenishment.




Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues.
Monitor billing, collections, and sales documentation.
Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
Maintain showroom discipline and service standards.
