Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that align with business objectives.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support qualified growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and quality of software products.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Robust experience in application design and configuration within complex business environments.
Ability to integrate Adobe Experience Platform with other enterprise systems and tools.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to software applications.
Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:

This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.
