Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, empanel, and activate recent Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and financial advisors to build a strong distribution pipeline.
Maintain robust relationship management with existing DSAs, track partner productivity, and ensure timely payout processing and resolution of partner queries.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly Loan Against Property (LAP) disbursement targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and technical valuation teams to transparent document checks, property assessments, and facilitate smooth disbursals.

4+ years of hands-on experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Home Loans within Fintech, Banking, or NBFC sectors. Proven expertise in DSA recruitment, channel development, and relationship management. Strong local market knowledge and active connections with regional DSAs, agents, and connectors.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
