About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our medical equipment sales team in Dilshad Garden. The candidate will be responsible for developing current business, visiting healthcare establishments, understanding customer requirements, demonstrating suitable medical equipment, and converting enquiries into sales. This role is suitable for candidates with a Medical, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Medical Equipment Sales background who are comfortable working both from the office and in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, laboratories, pharmacies, healthcare institutions, and other potential customers.

Promote and sell medical equipment and related products.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations where required.

Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and existing customers.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, orders,



and follow-ups.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional buyers.

Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, customer requirements, and emerging prospects.

Provide regular sales and field-visit reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.

1–10 years of relevant sales experience.

Experience in medical equipment, medical devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostic, or hospital sales will be preferred.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be willing to travel for field visits.

Compensation & Benefits:

₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
