About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Finance with mandatory multi-location financial management experience in healthcare, preferably across clinics or medical centres. The role will oversee financial planning, budgeting, MIS, cash flow, statutory compliance, financial controls, and overall Finance & Accounts operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee Finance & Accounts operations across multiple clinics or healthcare centres.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
Review location-wise P&L;, revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.
Monitor collections, receivables, payables, vendor payments,



and fund utilisation.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Establish financial controls, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving prospects.
Supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounts team across locations.
Ensure timely monthly and annual financial closing and audit completion.

Mandatory Requirements
Experience managing Finance & Accounts across multiple locations is mandatory.
Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably multi-location clinics, diagnostic centres, or medical centres.
Solid knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, MIS, cash flow, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proven experience in financial reporting, cost control, audits, and team management.
