Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Center Manager to manage the daily operations of the CADPOINT training center, drive student admissions, achieve business targets, and ensure high-quality training and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center.
Lead and supervise counselors, trainers, and administrative staff.
Handle student enquiries, counseling, admissions, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets.
Develop marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
Maintain relationships with students, parents, colleges, and industry partners.
Monitor training quality, student attendance, and course completion.
Manage staff performance, reports, fee collection, and administrative records.




Coordinate placement support and student career development.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve student complaints.

Required qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
Experience in center management, education, sales, admissions, or business development is preferred.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Solid student counseling, sales, and team management abilities.
Target-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
