We are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join our agile team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for counseling prospective students on suitable courses, specializations, and universities that align with their academic backgrounds and career goals. You will handle both inbound and outbound leads through various communication channels including calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins, converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments.

Key responsibilities include guiding students through the application and admission process, ensuring all documentation and eligibility checks are completed accurately. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets while maintaining a structured follow-up pipeline using CRM tools. Addressing queries from students and parents regarding fee structures, scholarships, hostel facilities, placements, and campus life will also be a crucial part of your role.

Additionally,



you will participate in education fairs, school outreach programs, open days, and webinars to drive student awareness and footfall. Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, application statuses, and enrollment data is essential, as is submitting regular MIS reports to the admissions team. You will also coordinate with internal departments such as academics, finance, and registrar to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for admitted students.
