Custom House Brands brings international beauty brands into India. We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful person to work directly with our founders, manage brand relationships and keep the business moving.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, exercises positive judgment and follows through without constant direction.
What you’ll do
Manage day-to-day communication with international brands, retailers and service providers.
Coordinate brand launches, marketing materials, retailer onboarding and commercial follow-ups.
Oversee samples, shipments, documents and deliverables across logistics, warehouse and regulatory partners.
Support the founders with priorities, meeting preparation, business correspondence and project execution.
Manage exhibitions and events, including vendors, staffing, materials and on-site operations.
Track deadlines, resolve problems and bring practical recommendations.
What we’re looking for
Relevant experience in brand management, business operations,
distribution or agency account management.
Mandatory: hands-on experience planning, setting up and running a trade-show stand for an exhibiting company or client. Visitor attendance does not qualify.
Excellent spoken and written English and confidence working with international partners.
Solid organization, commercial awareness and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
A proactive, dependable person who takes ownership and gets things done.
Availability
Mumbai-based. Immediate or early start preferred. Your first major project will be Cosmoprof India, requiring full in office availability December 7–13, 2026.
