About the Company:

Our client is a venture-backed, technology-led fractional family office and asset management platform serving founders, business families and value creators across India and the UAE. The firm has been founded on a fiduciary-first, commission-free model. No hidden distribution commissions are earned.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Raise capital directly from founders, business families, HNIs, UHNIs and family offices for the firm's funds and investment strategies.
Shape products: fund structure, positioning and launch strategy (AIFs, PMS and real estate vehicles), worked out with the investment team.
Build referral partnerships with CA firms, law firms, family-business consultants and founder communities.
Help build the India-UAE corridor, serving clients with both domestic and international money.
Set up the systems: pipeline, investor reporting, fund-raising materials, onboarding and compliance-ready processes.
Hire and lead a small, high-quality capital formation team as the firm scales.
Represent the firm at investor forums, founder communities and industry events.

Skills and Qualifications:
8 to 12 years of experience in private banking,



wealth management, family-office advisory, investor relations at an alternatives manager, or fund-raising.
A proven record of raising money directly from HNI, UHNI or family-office investors, through relationships built personally rather than inherited.
Solid knowledge of investment products, AIF and PMS rules, and how wealthy families think about structuring, tax and succession.
A history of winning on advice rather than products: clients won through an approach, not an allocation.
Relevant certifications (NISM, CFA, CA or equivalent) are preferred. UAE/DIFC experience or a network there is a robust advantage.
