Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from international customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Sell international flight tickets, hotel reservations and holiday packages.
Provide travel advice, itinerary information and suitable travel options.
Check fares, availability and reservations using GDS systems.
Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Upsell suitable travel products and maximise sales opportunities.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and maintain accurate booking records.
Eligibility & Requirements
Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry or international travel sales.
Freshers: Candidates with a travel, tourism or aviation background may apply.
Knowledge of any GDS system — Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo — is preferred/required for experienced candidates.
Excellent English communication skills.
Gujarati and/or Punjabi language skills will be an advantage.
Robust sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work UK shifts from the office.
Graduate or postgraduate candidates are welcome.
