Key Responsibilities
Support lead generation and client acquisition activities.
Manage customer relationships using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business prospects.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Follow up with leads and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in IT sales, business development, and client acquisition.
A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
