PhonePe is looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to expand merchant acquisition and promote digital payment solutions across India. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with merchants.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard current merchants for PhonePe payment solutions.
Visit market areas and generate leads through field activities.
Explain PhonePe products and services to prospective merchants.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
Ensure proper installation and activation of PhonePe services.
Provide basic training and support to merchants regarding product usage.
Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Must own a smartphone.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives (based on target achievement)
Petrol Allowance: ₹5,500 per month
