As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join our advisory team and help us navigate the evolving legal and regulatory landscape of healthcare technology in India.
Responsibilities
Corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Healthcare laws, ABDM and data privacy (DPDP Act)
Contracts, partnerships and shareholder agreements
Intellectual property and AI-related legal matters
Legal strategy, risk management and fundraising support
Qualifications
Qualified legal skilled (LL.B.)
Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience
Expertise in corporate, healthcare or technology law
Passion for startups, innovation and digital healthcare
