Roles and Responsibilities :
Identify current business opportunities through field sales activities to acquire new CASA (Current Account Savings Account) customers.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling of banking products and services.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for CASA acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
Fresh graduate from any discipline with no prior work experience required.
Solid communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment with minimal supervision.
