Noah Infra is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 3–10 years of experience to join our team.

Experience: 3 – 10 Years

Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Candidate Location: Candidates must be based in Tamil Nadu (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates, project budgets, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Review construction drawings and specifications to assess material and labour requirements.
Monitor project expenditure and prepare regular cost reports.
Evaluate contractor quotations, support procurement, and negotiate costs.
Verify contractor invoices, payment claims, and progress measurements.
Manage variations, contractual claims, and final project accounts.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, building standards, and regulations.




Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
Identify cost-saving prospects while maintaining project quality.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
3 – 10 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Robust knowledge of construction cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
Understanding of procurement processes, construction contracts, and local building regulations.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
