We are looking for a skilled Interior Site Engineer with hands-on experience in residential construction finishing and interior works. The candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day site activities, supervising workers and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing projects within the planned schedule.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute residential interior finishing works from start to completion.
Handle flooring, tiling, painting, putty, plastering, gypsum ceiling, carpentry, and other finishing activities.
Coordinate electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and interior installation works.
Read and interpret architectural, interior, and working drawings.
Check site measurements, levels, alignment, dimensions, and finishing quality.
Monitor material requirements, site deliveries, and material usage.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, architects, and project managers.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications,



and quality standards.
Identify and resolve site issues, defects, and finishing-related problems.
Track daily progress and prepare site reports.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and timely project completion.
Conduct final inspections and coordinate snag-list closure before handover.
Required SkillsHands-on knowledge of residential interior finishing works.
Robust site supervision and contractor management skills.
Ability to read and understand construction and interior drawings.
Knowledge of finishing materials, measurements, and quality checks.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple finishing activities and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site reporting.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
