Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
Maintain ledgers and financial records using accounting software.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Income Tax Return preperation and online filing.
MCA portal handling and ROC form filing.
