We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across guest rooms and hotel common areas, ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards.
Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of all assigned areas.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the concerned team.
Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain qualified service standards.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred; freshers may apply.
Valuable attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
