Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Home Care Staff Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients at their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients at their homes as per the care plan.
Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
Assist with wound dressing, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as required.
Monitor the patient's health condition and report changes to the doctor or supervisor.
Maintain proper nursing records and patient care documentation.




Follow infection control protocols and maintain hygiene standards.
Provide emotional support to patients and communicate effectively with family members.
Qualification
GNM Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing.
Valid nursing registration is mandatory.
Experience
Experienced candidates preferred.
Freshers may apply, depending on the role and nursing requirements.
