KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow the FSC business in Defence & CAPF segments.

Build and maintain robust relationships with armed forces, CAPF personnel, and key stakeholders.

Achieve assigned targets and drive business expansion in the region.

Identify market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Regularly report performance and market insights to senior management.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Positive understanding of the Defence & CAPF ecosystem (preferred).

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Target-driven with a result-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region: Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, and Kishanganj.

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or field roles.
