We are looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Officer / Manager to identify and acquire suitable land parcels for residential development in the outskirts of Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify suitable residential development land.
Source land directly from landowners.
Negotiate land prices and acquisition terms.
Coordinate title verification, documentation and registration.
Maintain solid relationships with landowners and local brokers.
Preferred Locations: Hoskote, Sarjapur, Malur, Electronic City and Whitefield.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
