We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with business stakeholders, and help us attract excellent talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business functions, delivering against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Proactively source, engage, and build talent pipelines, including for niche and critical roles.
Screen and interview candidates, ensuring robust alignment with role requirements.
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
Maintain accurate,
real-time recruitment data in Workday and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Deliver a consistently positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Contribute to TA projects, process improvements, employer branding, and other recruitment initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree with hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
Robust sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Experience with an ATS; Workday experience is an advantage.
Proactive, curious, and passionate about finding and engaging great talent.
