Key Responsibilities
Own and prioritize product backlogs, features, and user stories.
Define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
Collaborate with Business, Technology, Business Analysts, and Agile teams.
Translate business requirements into explicit product specifications and acceptance criteria.
Drive Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and end-to-end product implementation.
Manage stakeholder expectations, delivery risks, and dependencies.
Monitor product performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
Support testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization.

Key Skills
Robust Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance domain knowledge (mandatory).




Product Backlog Management and Prioritization.
Agile/Scrum Methodologies and Product Delivery.
Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Collaboration.
Product Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, and User Stories.
Process Improvement, Metrics, and Risk Management.
Robust Communication and Analytical Skills.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech. from a reputed university.
8–12 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Product Manager.
CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification preferred.
Candidates must be available to join within 15 days.
