Lead requirement workshops with clients, perform fit-gap analysis against out-of-box capabilities, and convert needs into functional specs, user stories, and technical designs.
Design and build ServiceNow solutions hands-on, owning technical quality from design to go-live.
Own solution estimation, provide sprint planning inputs, and manage deployments, upgrades, and post-production support.
Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 developers through task allocation, code reviews, and technical guidance.
Act as the primary technical contact for clients — run status calls and demos, handle escalations, and manage scope and change requests with the PM.
Coordinate UAT, triage defects, and drive deliverables to sign-off and go-live.
Maintain technical documentation and proactively recommend platform improvements to clients.
6–8 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation.
At least 4 end-to-end ServiceNow implementations delivered as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
Proven experience leading a development team and working directly with clients.
Excellent verbal and written English communication,



with the confidence to lead client meetings independently.
Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against tight deadlines.
